Returns: Unless your GalaxiesRose® is damaged, we don't accept returns. You have thirty days from the delivery date to contact us for a return. If it's been thirty days since you received your GalaxiesRose®, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. The order number and proof of purchase are required to complete the return. Contact us via our contact page for a refund request.  

Refunds: Once the return request has been reviewed, approved or rejected, we will send you an email to inform you and to provide further information on the return procedure. If the return request has been approved and the product has been returned, the refund will be processed. The return is made through the payment method applied. We ask for your patience, it may take a few days before the money is refunded. 

Late or missing refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, we ask you to check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is credited. If the previous steps have been completed and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us via info.galaxiesrose@gmail.com

Exchange: We only trade products if they are damaged or broken. If you wish to exchange your product with the same product, send us an e-mail to info.galaxiesrose@gmail.com We will treat your e-mail as quickly as possible and send you further instructions via e-mail. 

Return shipping: To return your product, you must send it to the address we will send you by e-mail. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. The time required to reach the new product may vary, as this depends on the delivery address. ThatIron ™ is not responsible for lost shipments, which is why we cannot offer you a refund.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders to the United States. Our products are 100% free in the United States, no minimum order value is required. 

No, your order is shipped from our warehouse in the United States, so there are no hidden surprise costs or taxes. 

We attach great importance to the rapid delivery of orders. Your order will be delivered from 7-15 days. Deliveries to destinations outside the United States may take longer.
